Driver Fatigue Training for Management and Drivers

Fatigued drivers are far more likely to be involved in accidents than well-rested drivers. Fatigue can be anything from feeling slightly drowsy, to exhaustion that makes you fall asleep behind the wheel. Knowing the signs of fatigue can reduce the risk or cause of a devastating accident.

As an imperative part of the Canadian agriculture industry, transporters of fertilizer products often work longer hours during peak transportation seasons. By taking the Driver Fatigue course, both commercial vehicle operators and employers will learn how to reduce the risk of accidents. The driver fatigue training for management and drivers is a mandatory component of Fertilizer Canada’s hours of service exemption permit.
