Conference Fees
Early Bird Member Rate: $1125 + 5% GST
Early Bird ends June 15, 2025
Member Rate: $1225 + 5% GST
Non-Member Rate: $2000 + 5% GST Attendance by non-members of Fertilizer Canada will remain subject to approval by Fertilizer Canada. If interested in attending please contact Kim Devison at kdevison@fertilizercanada.ca
Companion Rate: $150 + 5% GST A companion does not participate in the official business sessions of the conference but is welcome to attend activities (tour/golf), networking receptions, and the banquet.

Victoria-by-the-Sea Coastal & Culinary Experience
Tuesday, September 15 | 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring one of Prince Edward Island’s most charming seaside communities.
The experience begins with a visit to Matos Winery for a tasting paired with a selection of local Island-made accompaniments. From there, the group will travel to the picturesque village of Victoria-by-the-Sea for a pre-set lobster roll lunch at the Lobster Barn.
After lunch, guests can explore the artisan shops at their leisure or join a relaxed guided walkabout through the village with light storytelling about its history and character.
Before departing, guests will stop at Island Chocolates to enjoy chocolate samples and the opportunity to grab a coffee or one of their signature chocolate beverages..
Additional cost – $175 +5% GST

Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Fertilizer Canada. Full refunds less a $50.00 administration fee will be made on cancellations received on or before August 14, 2026. Cancellations after August 14, 2026, will be eligible for a refund of 50% up to September 1, 2026. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2026; however, substitutions are welcome. There will be no refunds for no-shows. To transfer your registration to another person, please contact Kim Devison.
