Farmers in Manitoba are using 4R Nutrient Stewardship to improve agricultural productivity and minimize their impact on the environment. Fertilizer Canada is working with farmers to implement further extension and data-collection projects across the province that focus on sustainable fertilizer use in the agricultural sector.
In July, members of the agriculture community from across Manitoba previewed results from 4R Nutrient Stewardship Demonstration Farms to see how the program can benefit the environment.
